The Johnson Band, is a timeless piece of artistry inspired by the gravestones that bear witness to the history of 18th-century New England. This 5mm wide band, meticulously crafted, captures the essence of a bygone era, where intricate patterns and enduring symbolism adorned the markers of time. This carving was inspired by a 1741 gravestone, in Wethersfield, Connecticut. Carved by either Thomas Johnson I or II.

Design and Materials: The Johnson Ring features a repeating vine motif, meticulously designed to mirror the source carving. We are especially excited by the Thomas Johnsons being from Cromwell, CT - Emily's Hometown. Each motif tells a story of craftsmanship and legacy. You have the freedom to choose the metal type for your ring, allowing you to make it uniquely yours. Crafted in the following metal options:

  • Patinated Sterling Silver

Customization: Personalize your Johnson Band by selecting the metal that resonates with you. You can choose from warm and classic gold tones or the timeless beauty of sterling silver. We will carefully cast your ring in your chosen metal, ensuring that it reflects your individual style and preferences.
